Baseball was my first love, and the Detroit Tigers have always been my team. My father took me to my first game at the corner of Michigan and Trumbell (old Tiger Stadium for those who don't know) in 1961. I would have been eight years old.

That Tiger team was still seven years away from its 1968 Championship. Al Kaline was in his prime, roaming right field while Stormin' Norman Cash had just taken over at first base for the Bengels. Detroit had traded away Harvey Kuenn for Rocky Colavito and a skinny second baseman named Jake Wood began his rookie year.

The Rev David Manning compares President-elect Barack Obama to Adolph Hitler. I am guessing that Rev Manning did not vote for Obama.

Why is it just NOW coming out about remarks he made months ago? Where has the Mainstream Media been this election season?

I sure hope that SOMEONE begins to listen to what this guy is selling, and starts to take notice!
